Exams are around the corner! (In fact, several people might be having them right now). As stress as you might be, that’s exactly what other people are going through too. We here from Kelab UMNO Australia Melbourne would like to wish you the best of luck in nailing those exam papers and get good grades out of them, insyaallah!
In order for you to manage your over-clocked studying habits and sudden overwhelming spirit to beat the exams, here are listed several tips for you to manage your stress levels.
1) Don’t get psyched about it. It’s just exams. You have some now, you’ll have more later. Do whatever you can to score high at this time. Once it’s over, you’ll have all the time for yourself.
2) Don’t ever over think. Everyone has their own way of studying right? But everything needs strategies too! So create your own study plan. You don’t necessarily have to revise the whole subject to minuscule details. It is not possible to put the whole subject matter into the test anyway. So grab your past exam papers, tutorial questions, review slides (learning materials), etc and get to work!
3) Reward yourself. You studied for a couple of hours, you’re feeling the stress level rising up, then, just stop, for awhile. Go take a walk outside. Window shop. Browse Youtube videos, whatever that makes you relax again.
